How to present your research paper:

Acceptance of researches in the Inaugural International Geographic Conference
"Sustainable Development in the Arab World: Trends and Prospects" is subject to the
following conditions:

1.    The research should be relevant to one of the themes of the conference
2.    The research should adopt academic traditions, approaches and documentation
3.    The research should be new, and has not been presented in any other conference or for publication
4.    The researcher pledges that the research shall not be published or presented for publication in another journal 
5.    The research shall not exceed 40 pages, except for outstanding research works
6.    Researches shall be sent, refereed and accepted for publication according to the applicable rules of Helwan University Faculty of Arts Magazine available on the website:  http://www.helwan.edu.eg/new_arts/?page_id=1277
7.    Researches shall be sent and dealt with throughout the whole process of reviewing via e-mail
8.    The researcher shall send a personal photo and a one-page CV written in Simplified Arabic, font 14, with a 1.5 line space
9.    For non-Egyptians, a clear copy of a valid passport shall be sent for Entry Visa processing, providing that the research is accepted
10. An invitation to attend the conference shall be sent to the researcher whose research is accepted
