This conference will be one of the big International meetings exclusively dedicated to the field of Advances in Food Science and Technology. The conference will be extremely useful in the sense that it will be attended by hundreds of Food technologists,Chemists, Physicists, nutrition experts, Engineers, doctors and researchers. The goal of the conference emphasizes interdisciplinary research on various types of cooking (such as roasting, smoking, steaming, and oven baking), Such basic food processing involved chemical enzymatic changes to the basic structure of food in its natural form, as well served to build a barrier against surface microbial activity that caused rapid decay.
This symposium will bring together a panel of highly-accomplished experts in the field of Advances in Food Science and Technology and Processing. Talks will encompass basic studies and applications and will address topics of novel issues. During the three-day conference, we will listen to recognized authorities in the field as they discuss recent advances, difficulties, and breakthroughs in the field of Food Science and Technology. The conference will feature keynote addresses, a number of plenary sessions, invited talks and contributed lectures focusing on specific tenets of Food Science and Technology. Additionally, there will be several poster sessions, and three best poster presentations will be selected for the awards.
In view of your excellent contributions to the field, we would like to welcome you to give an invited talk at the conference. The scientific committee of the conference is aware of your published works in this field. We would appreciate if you could e-mail us a one-page abstract of the talk (in the MS Word format) at the earliest to the conference Email ID: food* (Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 1stOctober 2015 and Deadline for the submission of full paper is 1st November 2015). During the conference there will be a brain storming discussion meeting in order to submit joint project proposals to European Union under the “HORIZON 2020” programme for funding between your country, Europe and India. We will also discuss other bilateral research progrmmes between DST of India, Europe and rest of the world. Please note that DST of India has signed bilateral agreement with almost all the countries in the globe. These include DST-NSF, DST-DAAD, DST-DFG, DST-KBN, Indo-French (CEFIPRA), DST- Australia, etc. This conference will act as a good platform to find partners for international research collaborations.
Publication of Research papers
We are glad to inform you that the editor of the Journal entitled “International Journal of Scientific and Engineering Research (IJSER)” has agreed to publish peer reviewed papers presented at the conference as special issue. We have got acceptance from Apple Academic Press, USA (www.AppleAcademicPress.com) and Springer, Europe to edit a books based on our conference papers. The papers for the journal and for the books will be peer reviewed by international experts before publication. The proposed books by Apple Academy and Springer will be indexed by Scopus database.
