I am glad to inform you of the updated contents of the 12th Korea-China-Japan Joint Conference on Geography & The 3rd Asian Conference on Geography.
Please disseminate the information about the Conference website, http://12thkcj.kgeography.or.kr as well as the 2nd version of the conference flyer (see the attached PDF file) to geographers in your country. The detail for your attending to the Conference including accommodation, transportation as well as daily schedules can be found in the conference website.
It is notable that the deadline of paper submission and early registration is extended by June 30. The conference will provide wonderful arena to exchange various geographical ideas among Asian geographers from not only Korea-Japan-China but also other countries including Mongolia, Vietnam, Nepal and so on. One of IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Chairs will give a keynote talk to us during the Conference. The detail will be announced in the Conference website soon as well.

という会議の招待講演者を紹介して欲しいとの依頼がありました。
費用はすべて先方負担です。適当な方がおられましたら、大至急私

Thank you for the quick answer. So pity you can't join us. Please disseminate conference information to your community and ask right persons to be our partners in the project. Please do it ASAP because the deadline. I got funding for the next conference InterCarto on Sakhalin island and would like to invite one person to participate in this conference as an invited speaker. I can pay his\her traveling expenses (economy class airfare) from Japan to Sakhalin and back (only in Japan according to the rules of the Fund), to cover accommodation and registration fee. If the person you recommended will be interested in this trip, I will need his/her consent and a brief article (or extended abstracts), designed according to the rules described in the attached Call for papers.

Detailed information is available on the conference website intercarto.msu.ru and also in the attached information letter.
Please note that international digital object identifiers (DOI) assigned to all the articles of the conference materials 2016. Please specify them when referring to articles.
The 2016 conference proceedings with assigned DOI can be found at:
